Ahead of Midterm Elections, Justice Department to Testify for the First Time Ever on Threats to Election Workers

Judiciary Committee hearing comes shortly after the one year anniversary of DOJ establishing a law enforcement task force to address the rise in threats against election workers and others associated with the electoral process; Secretaries of State Jocelyn Benson and Maggie Toulouse Oliver will also testify
