Senate Judiciary Committee Announces Witnesses for Hearing on Proposals to Reduce Gun Violence

WASHINGTON – The Senate Judiciary Committee released the names of witnesses who will testify before a full committee hearing entitled “Constitutional and Common Sense Steps to Reduce Gun Violence.”  This will be the first of a series of hearings to examine proposals to reduce gun violence.  The hearings will consider public health, law enforcement, and community-based approaches aimed at saving lives and making communities safer.
