Graham Statement After Committee Markup

WASHINGTON – Senate Judiciary Committee Chairman Lindsey Graham (R-South Carolina) today made this statement following a Committee Executive Business Meeting on nominations.  Among today’s actions, the Committee reported to the Senate floor 17 judicial nominees, including Ninth Circuit nominee Daniel Bress.  

“I appreciate the Committee working its will and advancing qualified judicial nominees at the district and circuit court levels. We continue to work to ensure President Trump has the same ability, as past presidents, to select and have highly-qualified judicial nominees confirmed to the federal bench.”
